- Joker = 1 Mile Run
*Draw a card from the deck and perform the exercise, according to the guide above with the reps equal to the number represented on the card (Jacks = 11, Queens = 12, King = 13, Ace = 15). Continue to draw cards for a duration of 15-30 minutes.
